AboutLandingas—awebstudiobuiltforconversion
We are a web design studio based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We build custom websites that convert visitors into clients. That is the whole brief. Everything else — the design, the code, the copy, the analytics — is in service of that one goal. We work with English-speaking clients across the Baltics and Europe, entirely remotely, on fixed timelines and fixed prices.
Who we are
Landingas was built around a simple frustration: most websites look fine but do not work. They are designed to impress in a portfolio presentation and forgotten the moment they go live. We set out to build the opposite — websites where every design decision, every line of copy, and every interaction is evaluated against whether it moves the visitor closer to becoming a client. We are a small team of designers, developers, and conversion strategists based in Vilnius. Small enough that senior people work on every project. Large enough to cover design, development, SEO, and copywriting without outsourcing any of it. We operate on the same timezone as most of our European clients, in English, with fixed pricing and transparent timelines.
Our values
Three things drive how we work. We do not put these on a wall — we use them to make decisions.
Speed, without cutting corners
We deliver landing pages in 7 days and business websites in 2–3 weeks. Not because we rush, but because we have built a process that removes the waste from web design projects — the unnecessary rounds of stakeholder presentations, the weeks-long discovery phases that repackage common sense, the revision cycles that stem from unclear briefs. We move fast by being clear upfront. Timelines are real commitments, not aspirational targets.
Custom design. Always.
We do not start with a template, a theme, or a UI kit. Every project starts from your brand, your audience, and your conversion goal. This is not a design principle — it is a business one. Template-based websites impose constraints on design, performance, and SEO that compound over time. A website built specifically for your business does not have those constraints. It does what you need it to do, the way you need it to do it, without workarounds.
Conversion first, aesthetics second
Beautiful and effective are not opposites, but when they conflict, effectiveness wins. We have never met a client who regretted a website that converted well. We have met plenty who regretted one that won a design award but did not bring in business. We optimise for results — traffic, leads, sales — and let the design serve that objective rather than the other way around.

By the numbers
A few numbers that reflect how we work and what we have delivered.
- 150+ projects delivered across the Baltics and wider European market
- 98% client satisfaction across all completed projects
- 7 days — our average turnaround for landing page projects
- 4.9 stars — our aggregate client rating across review platforms
How we work with international clients
About half of our clients are based outside Lithuania — in Latvia, Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. Every project with an international client runs the same as a local one, just without the occasional coffee meeting.
Remote-first by design
Our entire process is built for remote collaboration. Discovery calls on Zoom or Google Meet. Design reviews in Figma with shared comment threads. Development tracked in project management tools. Handover documented in Notion. We have been remote-first since the studio started — not because of necessity, but because it produces better outcomes. Written briefs are clearer than verbal ones. Documented decisions are easier to revisit. Asynchronous reviews are faster than scheduled meetings.
English-speaking, EU timezone
Our working language with international clients is English — not translated through someone else, but natively. Briefs, Figma comments, emails, and calls are all in English without any language friction. We operate in EET/EEST (UTC+2/+3), which means near-total overlap with Western European business hours and reasonable overlap with UK hours. Response time during business hours is typically under 2 hours.
EU contracts and invoicing
We are a Lithuanian-registered company operating under EU law, which means clean contract structures for EU clients and straightforward SEPA payment processing. For clients outside the EU, we invoice via Stripe or Paysera in EUR. Our contracts are bilingual (LT/EN) and reviewed by a Lithuanian legal advisor familiar with digital services contracts.

The team
A small, senior team — everyone who works on your project has done this before.
Tomas Kavaliauskas — Co-founder, Design Lead
Tomas leads design across all projects. Seven years of experience in UX and conversion design, previously working with e-commerce and SaaS clients across the Baltic and Scandinavian markets. Fluent in Lithuanian and English. Obsessively focused on what happens above the fold.
Marta Žukauskaitė — Co-founder, Development Lead
Marta leads all technical development. Next.js and React specialist with a background in full-stack development at a Vilnius fintech. She builds for performance first — every line of code is evaluated for its impact on load time and Core Web Vitals. Also the person who configured the CI/CD pipeline that makes our 7-day delivery timeline possible.
Lukas Petrauskas — SEO & Conversion Strategist
Lukas handles SEO strategy, technical audits, and conversion analysis. Three years of agency-side SEO work across Lithuanian and Baltic markets, with deep expertise in Lithuanian-language keyword research, .lt domain authority building, and bilingual SEO implementation. The person you talk to when your traffic is not turning into enquiries.
Technologies we use
Our technology stack is chosen for performance, maintainability, and client control — not because these are the trendy tools.
- Next.js — our primary development framework. Server-side rendering, static generation, and edge deployment give us full control over performance and SEO.
- React — component-based UI development. Clean, maintainable code that we can hand over to your team if you want to manage it yourself.
- Tailwind CSS — utility-first styling that produces consistent, fast-loading CSS without the bloat of component library stylesheets.
- Figma — all design work starts and ends here. Client review and design handover happen in shared Figma files.
- Stripe — international card payment processing for e-commerce and service billing.
- Paysera — Lithuanian and Baltic market payment processing, including local online banking support.
- Google Analytics 4 — every site we launch includes GA4 configuration with conversion tracking set up from day one.
- Sanity CMS — our preferred headless CMS for projects where clients need to manage content themselves.
